MOUNTAINEERING AND EXPEDITIONS

With the eight of the highest peaks in the world, including Mt. Everest and the other mountains of Nepal has stood as irresistible landmarks for the world adventures since Nepal opened its door to visitors in the 1950s.The climber’s toppers feel very proud and adventurous person in the world.
Among them Sir Edmund Hillary and Late Tenzing Norgay Sherpa are the one and naturally the First to Climb the Summit in May 29 1953 and have eventually proved it that nothing is impossible in the world.
Mountaineering can range from climbing the highest peak of the world to climbing lower peaks. Although by Himalayan standard 33 trekking peaks are considered minor, nonetheless they provide snow and ice – climbing opportunities and are technically quite challenging. Infact it is the act of climbing the peak with the intention of reaching to the summit.

The adventure and challenge brought-forward by mountaineering sports are still on, and we find “Enthusiastic Mountaineers’ Flocks” increasing every year. The government of Nepal has opened many peaks for mountaineering expedition. Some of them mentioned below are suggested to the potential contestants.
